Abstract
The metaverse, an immersive virtual reality spacewhere users interact with other users, has becomea legitimate consideration for organizations asthey strategize for the long term. Education is oneindustry, among many others, which has joinedthe metaverse with the hope of engaging studentsin a new way. Given the reach of the metaverse,Christian education and other faith-basededucational institutions have the opportunity tointeract and learn in a new way on a global scale.The purpose of this reflection is to offer a startingpoint for Christian educators and organizationsto discuss this new endeavor of the future ofeducation.
