Abstract
Michael Cody, of Burch, Porter & Johnson in Memphis and Dr. King's Memphis attorney, will examine the limits of the use of the courts to enjoin civil rights marches and demonstrations. The discussion will focus on the litigation in Memphis related to the Sanitation Workers' Strike in 1968.
