Abstract
Objective: This poster will discuss the ways in which the Tennessee Health Sciences Library Association (THeSLA) has adapted with changing times to retain relevancy and gain new membership.
Methods: THeSLA officers implemented a planning committee and switched from a fully in person conference to a hybrid model, and a finally online conference during the pandemic. Monthly lunch and learns keep the group in touch throughout the year and across a large state.
Results: Changes implemented have resulted in increased membership and communication amongst members.
Conclusions: Organizations should not be afraid to find new methods of meeting and providing outreach if they find that older tactics are no longer as fruitful as they once were.
